Our free shipping promotion applies to most regular items. However, each Jellycat product description notes that due to the size and weight of these plush items, shipping charges will still apply when multiple Jellycats are ordered.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY / STORE CREDIT
We will gladly accept returns on items (except those marked "SALE”) within 14 days from time of delivery/in store purchase. Items must be in unworn, unused condition, in its original packaging and have all original tags attached. Without these, items are not eligible for returns. The return will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT. Any item marked SALE (any discount) are not eligible for return. Store credit will be for price of item only; there is no refund on shipping. We are happy to provide shipping return labels if needed at our standard shipping rate of $7.95. Payment for the label will be deducted from your store credit refund. Online orders must include your packing slip with item(s) returned circled. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded.
